Who we are
Our website address is https://mafxsolutions.com. We develop trading software for MetaTrader: expert advisors, indicators, and trading systems. This page explains what data the site touches and how we handle your privacy.
The short version
We don’t sell on this website, and we don’t ask you for personal data here. No account, no sign-in, no contact forms. All purchases happen on the MQL5 Market, which has its own privacy terms. This site is mostly a place to read about our products and find our channels.
Personal data we collect
None that you hand over directly. There’s no registration, no comment system, and no newsletter sign-up on this site. We never ask for your name, email, payment details, or passwords.
The only data the site sees is anonymous analytics (see below), and the cookie preferences you set yourself.
Cookies
Cookies are small text files stored in your browser. We use a cookie consent tool (CookieYes) to manage them. When you first visit, you choose which categories to allow.
We use cookies for two things:
- Analytics. To understand how visitors use the site (which pages they open, how long they stay, roughly where they come from). This helps us improve the content.

This site links out to places like the MQL5 Market, our Telegram channel, and our YouTube channel. Once you click through, you’re on their platform, under their privacy rules. Where you actually buy our products
All sales go through the MQL5 Market. Your purchase, payment, and account live there, not here. Their privacy policy covers that side: mql5.com/en/about/privacy
Data security
The site runs over HTTPS (SSL encryption). Since we don’t collect or store personal data on this site, there’s very little to protect on our end. That said, no method of transmission over the internet is ever 100% secure, so we can’t promise absolute security.
Your rights (GDPR)
If you’re in the EU, GDPR gives you rights over your personal data. Since this website doesn’t collect personal data, there’s nothing for us to export or delete on request. For data tied to your purchases, contact the MQL5 Market directly. For anything related to this site, reach us through the channels below.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when things on the site change. The current version always lives on this page, with the date at the top. Updates take effect as soon as they’re posted.
